Livara home care is a subsidiary of isaak investment. A family-owned holding company that invests in various businesses. We who own it are social workers with many years of experience in municipal and regional work. Our goal with Livara home care is to provide high-quality home care with high continuity and security-creating measures so that all our customers can feel seen and listened to and, above all, feel safe in their homes with returning staff who work sincerely.

Livara home care works with our quality management system according to SOSFS 2011:9. We use an annual wheel in our systematic quality work that helps us to continuously and methodically develop and ensure the quality of our operations. By planning, leading, controlling, following up, evaluating and improving, we strive to offer safe and constantly improving care.
The quality of the care and services we provide is measured through various indicators. This includes both the goals in the implementation plan that Livara and the customer write together, but also the customer's own experiences of home care during the week, which we collect and follow up through weekly evaluations in contact person conversations. This is then documented so that it can be followed up directly and over time to continuously improve performance.
Our quality work is also supported by the routines that are part of our management system, which enables structured and continuous work to improve quality. Here we can also document our systematic quality work. In our improvement work, we place great emphasis on preventive measures based on risk analyses, which helps us to prevent unwanted events. When such an event occurs, we take action and review our processes and routines to minimize the risk of recurrence. In this way, we become a learning organization where quality is constantly developed and secured.
